Global regulators are requiring companies to demonstrate they are planning developments in a way that means the nation’s goal for emissions reduction.
Need:
An E&P client needed to submit a decarbonisation study, as part of a regulatory application.
Project:
ERCE was engaged to complete a concept study, to determine what options were available to reduce emissions. We reviewed onshore and offshore installation designs, electrification using the grid and electrification with wind.
Outcome:
Our reports were then used for evidence in discussions with the regulator.
